Please Double Check Your Shipping Address

We will ship to the exact address you provide. If you provide an address that is wrong or undeliverable, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. If it is returned by USPS to Simply Manifested due to address issues, you will be contacted by Simply Manifested via E-mail. You will then need to pay for a second shipping label and provide a new address. If you decide you no longer want the package- you will be refunded for the order, minus the shipping and restocking fees (explained below)

Shipping Guidelines

We ship all orders via United States Post Office.  If your order qualifies for free shipping it will be shipped via USPS Standard first class mail. If you want your order shipped via Priority mail, you will need to pay the full price for Priority Mail at checkout.

ALL ORDERS require 3-5 business days (M-F) for processing before it is shipped. Once USPS has your shipment, it is out of our hands. The amount of time it takes for USPS to get your package delivered is something we can not change.

We urge all customers to purchase Shipping Protection ($1 – $3), as it covers any loss or damage of your parcel. This is an upgrade for your order to ensure if you item is lost you will be covered. Coverage does NOT include buyer changing their mind and not wanting the item. This fee will NOT be refunded under ANY circumstances. This is NOT a rush order upgrade.

You will receive a replacement order once the Shipping Insurance confirms and approves coverage. If you receive both packages (the replacement and the original) you will need to place a return to sender on that order, or you may get charged for that package.

International Shipping

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand and answer for all fees and charges required by Customs and Duty regarding packages ordered and shipped internationally. All items sold and distributed by Original Products are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular country or region. If the item you are ordering is not legal for entry to your country, we must receive the purchased items back from customs – sealed and untampered – in order to receive a refund on the items ordered. Shipping fees will not be refunded on these orders.

Shipping Insurance is available for international shipments, however it does not cover packages refused or sent back due to any issues caused by customs or additional fees.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Simply Manifested, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Simply Manifested. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. All refused and returned shipments will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the packages has been tampered with, refunds will not be available unless you have purchased shipping insurance and the insurance approves and pays the claim.

Shipment Damages and/or Shortages

If packages received are damaged, broken or opened resulting in shortage of merchandise in that particular package, you must immediately contact Simply Manifested and let us know. You will need to include pictures. You must also retain the merchandise and packaging material for inspection by the carrier. If you have purchased shipping Insurance, we will start the process and we will re-ship your order as soon as the claim is approved and paid. If you did not purchase shipping insurance you will have to contact USPS personally and file your own claim. Simply Manifested can only file claims on packages with paid insurance.

It is important you check immediately that you received all the items listed as shipped on your packing slip before discarding packaging. If you see that an item and/or items are missing you must file a claim to Simply Manifested within 5 days of receipt of order.

Restocking Fees

There is a 20% restocking charge on each order unless fault or error is ours. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless fault or error is ours and authorization was given. Please open your parcels immediately and inspect for damage or shortages.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products – We do not accept returns on any item, unless the fault is ours (wrong item, damaged item – not damaged in shipping etc) . In that case you must contact us immediately and provide photos of the items and packaging.

If your order has been processed/picked and you request the order to be canceled before it ships you will be charged the 20% restocking fee and any shipping fee (if the shipping label was already printed and paid for by Simply Manifested) These fees will be deducted from the refund total.  Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase in order to not be subject to restocking fees. 

If there is a mistake on your order – you must reach out to us right away so we can change/fix the problem.
